Oh Nuts vehicle Repair Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction

We're excited to work with you. These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between Oh Nuts and its customers for the provision of car repair services.

2. Our Obligations

We promise to take good care of your vehicle. Oh Nuts will carry out the work specified in your instruction with reasonable care and skill. We'll also ensure that all parts used are of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose.

3. Your Obligations

To help us do our job, please provide us with clear instructions and all necessary information to enable us to carry out the work. Please also pay our charges in full and on time.

4. Payment

We'll provide you with an estimate of the charges before we start working on your vehicle. Our charges will be calculated based on the time spent carrying out the work and the cost of any parts used. Invoices must be paid in full before you take your vehicle.

5. Liability

We'll take responsibility for any damage caused to your vehicle as a result of our negligence. However, we won't be liable for any other losses or damage suffered by you.

6. Warranty

Parts warranty is dependent on the manufacturer and supplier of the part. On request we'll provide you with information about the warranty for any parts we supply. Parts supplied by the customer do not carry a warranty.

7. Video inspections and photo updates

We’re happy to provide a video inspection showing the overall health of your vehicle, and photo updates of the repairs we conduct. To ensure you receive this service you must request before any work is carried out.

7. Dispute Resolution

We hope there won't be any disputes, but if there are, we'll do our best to resolve them in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.
